Price and inventory aren't a personality.

Every agency can compare hotels. Few can make a trip feel like it was built just for the traveler holding it, without hiring a concierge team most agencies can't justify.

A local expert, without the luxury price tag.

Personalization as infrastructure, not a luxury extra.

  • Restaurant, activity and experience bookings

  • Destination advice and personalized recommendations

  • Special-occasion handling

  • Commission-eligible activity bookings

  • Deeper access at higher tiers (pre-departure concierge, dedicated agents at Elite)

Illustrative scenario

A couple mentions to their Spotter, mid-trip, that it's their anniversary. Within the hour, a reservation is confirmed at a well-reviewed local restaurant, and a short note lets them know it's arranged. It's a small moment that becomes the story they tell when they get home.

Questions

Won't this feel generic or scripted?

Spotters use your own tone, preferences, and service principles, shared in advance, so responses reflect your brand's standards, not a generic script.

Is this only useful for luxury trips?

No. It's built to work at any price point. The value is a knowledgeable human, not five-star exclusivity.

How is Butler different from Assist?

Assist helps when something goes wrong. Butler makes the trip better: reservations, recommendations, and special occasions.

What can Butler book, and what can't it?

We honor any request, as long as it's legal and doesn't involve medical or legal advice.

Who pays for what Butler books?

Travelers pay directly.

How does the commission work?

Agencies earn a commission on eligible in-destination upsells booked through Butler: 0% on Plus, 5% on Premium, and 10% on Elite.

Who can contact Butler, and when?

Travelers can contact Butler during the trip on every plan, by chat on Plus and by chat and phone on Premium and Elite. Travel agents can contact Butler during the trip on Premium and Elite, and before the trip on Elite.
