1. About these terms

This website, onspot.travel and the pages under it (the "Site"), is operated by OnSpot Travel Solutions, Inc. ("OnSpot", "we", "us"). By using the Site you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

These terms cover the Site only. OnSpot's services to travel brands (Assist, Butler, Alert, Check, Boosts, OnSpot Connect, TripFlow and the rest) are provided under the written agreement between OnSpot and each customer, which prevails over anything on the Site.

2. Using the Site

You may browse the Site and share its pages for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse it: no attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it, no interference with its operation, no automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it, and no use of it to send unlawful, misleading or harmful content.

3. Information on the Site

We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but its content is general information about OnSpot and its services. It is not an offer, and descriptions, figures, coverage and prices may change without notice. Prices shown are indicative; the price that applies is the one in your agreement or quote.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, illustrations and software, belong to OnSpot or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or reuse them, other than for personal viewing and sharing links to the Site, without our written permission.

Customer and partner names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners.

5. Links to other sites

The Site links to services we do not control, such as LinkedIn, our careers platform and app stores. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OnSpot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profit, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, which applies from the moment it is published.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
