Ordering and timing
How do I share my clients' itinerary with OnSpot?
Through OnSpot Connect. Copy and paste the itinerary into the system and the Roadbook's itinerary is created automatically. There's nothing else to do.
How long does it take?
Production takes 5 to 7 business days. Delivery then takes 7 to 10 days with standard shipping, or 72 hours with express.
How far before departure should I order?
Order as early as you like. We aim for your clients to receive their Roadbook at least three weeks before departure, so production and shipping are scheduled with that in mind. Need it sooner? Request a rush for an additional fee.
Do I get to review it before it's printed?
Yes. You'll receive a proof to approve before anything is printed. Cancellations after approval are billed in full.
Customization and content
How much can I customize beyond the logo?
As much as you need. Add or remove pages and replace them with your own, as long as you provide the design. We can also design your pages for you at an additional cost; contact us to request it. Your logo, your travelers' names, and your advisor's welcome are part of every Roadbook.
Which languages are Roadbooks available in?
Roadbooks are currently available in French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
What if my traveler's destination isn't in your collection?
Tell us where your travelers are heading using the request form on our destinations page. Every request helps us decide which Roadbook to create next.
Do I need both a Roadbook and TripFlow?
They're two different propositions that complement each other well. The Roadbook is a physical keepsake with richer detail: recommendations, tips, and local knowledge around each hotel. TripFlow is your travelers' app, with their itinerary and a direct line to help.
Formats, pricing, and shipping
What formats are available?
Roadbooks come in two formats. The printed Roadbook is the full tactile experience: premium paper, durable binding, and a beautifully personalized finish, printed and shipped for you. It includes the digital PDF. The digital Roadbook is the same personalized content as a PDF, ready to share with travelers wherever they are.
Can I order the PDF only, at a lower price?
Yes. The digital Roadbook is available on its own, at a lower price than the printed edition. See Pricing for current rates.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Personalization comes by design, so there's no minimum order to customize a Roadbook.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Yes. Prepay a batch of 50 printed Roadbooks and save 10%, or a batch of 100 and save 15%.
Can everyone in the group have their own copy?
Yes. Additional copies of the same Roadbook are available at a reduced price, so each traveler can have their own.
How much does shipping cost, and can I speed it up?
Standard delivery, a reduced rate when several Roadbooks ship together, and express delivery within 72 hours are all available. See Pricing for current rates.
Can I include it in my packages and charge for it?
Yes, however you like. Gift it to impress your clients, or charge for it as part of your services.
