Travel is easier to book. We're making it easier to deliver.
OnSpot is the team and technology travel brands use to stay present, accountable, and effective for the whole journey.
Our Mission
To meet a trip's problems with resolution, not silence, so travelers feel safe and cared for anywhere in the world, and the brands that sent them there can stand behind that promise.
What we've built
OnSpot began in 2007, supporting travelers once they were on the road. Since then we've coordinated trips and resolved problems across destinations, languages, and time zones. We learned how a trip is actually held together after the booking is confirmed: who needs to know what, who needs to act, and where things quietly fall apart.
Those lessons became the systems we run today. Our workflows came from real cases, and our technology was designed around the problems our teams kept meeting. We trust it because we use it ourselves, every day, with real travelers.
Our Vision
To become the name synonymous with peace of mind in travel: the trusted standard for Traveler Care worldwide.
The future we're building
Today, travel brands use OnSpot to run the part of their business that begins after the booking: round-the-clock traveler assistance, reservation checks before departure, and a shared record of every trip that their team and ours work from.
Next, we're working toward a layer that does more of the connecting itself: traveler and itinerary information moving between the systems that need it, risks spotted earlier, and a person stepping in at the moment judgment adds the most. We're building it to work alongside the travel systems brands already use, not to replace them.
Travel brands make the promise. We're building what helps them keep it.

Our Story
Twenty years. One belief that hasn't changed.
OnSpot began with a young French entrepreneur who left home to chase his American dream. From a small apartment in California, founder Benoit Cerceau set out to build something of his own, guided by a realization from his years in travel: booking a journey was only the beginning. The real challenge was delivering the experience travelers had been promised.
What began as one man's ambition became a journey of entrepreneurship and innovation, and of one enduring belief: great travel experiences aren't just booked. They're delivered.
From California to five continents.
An idea worth testing
A conversation between Benoit and his brother Jérémy in Los Angeles gives the OnSpot concept its shape. Incubated within Califun, the DMC brand Benoit started in 2006, it becomes a proof of concept with the French agency Jetset.

–
Learning by doing
Canada and the Bahamas join the map, travelers served pass 10,000 by the end of 2008, and by 2012 OnSpot is exploring Latin America.
An independent company
Eight years after the first proof of concept, OnSpot separates from Califun and serves its 100,000th traveler.
The other side of the world
OnSpot starts operating in Australia and New Zealand.
–
Reinvention
The pandemic hit every industry, travel included. OnSpot kept serving a large hospitality group while it began rethinking what it should become in a world after COVID.
A new chapter
Thirty new destinations across Latin America, Europe, and Asia, and a new operational platform launched. The team's experience began to be built into systems.
Going global
A team opens in Tokyo and an office in Rio de Janeiro, and OnSpot passes 50 Spotters, a multicultural group working across time zones.
A new home in Dakar
OnSpot opens an office in Dakar, Senegal, adding a new team to its global network.
–
Building the infrastructure
OnSpot's services become modular, each with a name of its own, and OnSpot Connect and TripFlow tie them together. With Alert, OnSpot ventures into a new category, Duty of Care.
The next chapter
An operational layer for everything after the booking, built to work alongside the systems brands already use.
Travel has changed enormously since 2007. Booking is faster, AI can plan an itinerary in seconds, and more suppliers than ever sit behind a single trip. The belief hasn't moved: travel experiences aren't just booked. They're delivered. What has changed is what it takes to deliver them, and twenty years of doing the work is how we know.
